Acts of Intimacy:

Dean
It’s the neighbors’ fault. All of it. Well, not the booze but everything else that led up to the weird we’re going to figure this out exploration is definitely the neighbors’ fault. Dean’s starting to realize he’s not as nervous about their new adventure as he should be but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t found plenty to worry about. With his roommates and best friends, there’s always something to worry about.
Joel
They have the best neighbors, but they’ve left Joel with more than a few questions. Why do people submit? Why don’t more people like humiliation? Why has it taken him so long to figure out how much he likes his roommates? Yes, Joel has questions, but he’s not going to let that stop him from diving into all kinds of fun.
Tate
They were adorably insane, but Tate wouldn’t change his best friends for anything. He also can’t deny them much, so no one is surprised when he dives right in to answering Joel’s questions and helping Dean to figure out caretaking comes in all kinds of interesting packages. New questions might bring curious changes, but he knows he’s the Dom for the job.
When three best friends sit down with questions and fruity drinks, it’ll take more than second-guessing and alcohol to keep them from lending a helping hand and sharing their passion-filled hearts.
Learning to Change (5) and Learning to Grow (6) are a standalone duet. This duet has the opera singer who lives in our favorite apartment building, but you do not need to have read the other books in the series to enjoy these.

Alick
Mates. As a human, Alick’s never been jealous of flying or magic, but mates…well, that’s worth a bit of envy and a dash of bad decisions. But with magic in the air and a mate who might be under a compulsion, all he can do is pray to the ancestors that they haven’t killed his potential mate…or worse.
Grady
Troublemakers. Grady’s always known his mate is out there somewhere waiting for him, but what he never expected is to be put under a compulsion or to find his mate in the strangest town he’s ever been to. But with the magic of mates and an adorable little who needs a Daddy and a bit of confidence, anything is possible.
If a spell can find wallets, keys, and phones, surely it can find where Alick’s mate has wandered off to, right?

Ender
No. It means nothing. I’m just curious. It’s certainly not worth blowing up my life over, no matter what the crazy man thinks. Watching the pups is fun. A pastime. They’re cute. I’m not imagining having a tail. I don’t need a Handler. There’s no way I want to curl up on Leif.
There’s no way he’d let me, right?
Leif
Wow. He wants to what? He wants me to do what? Well, friends help friends. That’s what best friends and roommates are for. The pups are cute. He’s cute. He’s nuts but I can see why he’d like a tail. But with me? There’s no way he’d want me to do that. Does he realize what would happen if we did?
Just because I like control doesn’t mean I’d like that…right?
Love and tails are in the air when two Peeping Toms get more than they bargained for…friends at Leashes & Lace and a new way to see what was there all along.

Growing up in an unusual family has made adapting to college more difficult for Jay. Sheltered and socially awkward, the only easy part about higher education is the classes. While everyone around him seems to instinctively understand what they’re into and who they are, he’s lost and alone. That is, until his new roommate makes life a little more interesting.
Growing up in an unusual family has given Logan a completely different outlook on life. With parents that travel the world and an overly open-minded grandmother, Logan doesn’t believe in hiding who he is or what he wants out of a relationship. That is, until his new roommate turns out to have no boundaries and is a little too nosy.
When the two roommates find out they have more in common than they think, they learn that different doesn’t have to be bad, and falling in love is easy once the walls that keep them apart are stripped away.

Curiosity might have killed the cat—but Finn is hoping it will make him a better Dom.
Finn isn’t sure what form of BDSM calls to him more, but what he does know is that he’s drawn to a certain English professor. Unfortunately, Professor Sexy—as he’s known by his students—is skittish, and Finn knows he needs to take it slow. Teasing Beckett with little notes and presents might be a little outside the box, but Finn never claimed to be conventional.
Beckett will admit he’s curious about his not-so-secret admirer, but he isn’t sure he’s ready to take the next step.
Beckett has always maintained a strict policy about not dating anyone associated with the college, but he’s never been so tempted before. Even if he wants to know who’s been leaving him the notes, there’s still one big question left. Does Beckett’s mysterious admirer know what Beckett’s into, or is he expecting a much more conventional professor?
When an untrained Dom falls for an older, hesitant sub, sparks fly in the most unconventional ways.

Stefan
Magic. As a librarian, Stefan knows there’s magic in books and imagination, but it isn’t until he moves to the mountains of North Carolina that he realizes people can come with magic too…well, the locals at least seem to come with magic…and fascinating relationship dynamics he thought were just on TV and in books.
Boyd
Dragons. Somehow, the council gave Boyd the job of telling the new librarian that dragons and mages are real. He’s not sure who he pissed off to be the one to scare the adorable librarian into leaving town, but he’s not happy about it. A man as sweet and shy as the town’s new librarian can’t have any idea about what the locals are hiding or what kind of thoughts Boyd has been having about him, can he?
When people aren’t as innocent or grumpy as they seem, a curious librarian and a slightly grumpy dragon will learn that love is even stronger when there’s a bit of magic involved.

Talon
Aliens. Deputy Talon Winslow is pretty sure he’s protecting aliens, but he’s starting to get the hang of it…aside from a few interesting issues that keep popping up, like an armored truck going missing. His new job pays too well to be as simple as it looks, but he hadn’t expected glowing eyes and adorable littles who almost sparkle they’re so fascinating. But if aliens come in cute and kinky, does it really matter they’re not human?
Kenzie
Dragons. Kenzie can’t quite decide if the new deputy he’s planning on keeping knows about dragons and mages or not. However, it doesn’t take him long to decide it isn’t the most important question when dating the handsome, slightly puzzling human. When will he get to call him Daddy and if the deputy knows Kenzie is keeping him are much better questions.
When a small mountain town isn’t as boring as it seems, a slightly confused human and a dragon with a toy hoard will learn that there’s always a bit of magic involved when falling in love.

Charlie’s got a problem—well, two if you count his helpful and overly enthusiastic protector, Austin—but being painfully shy is the biggest one since most Daddies seem to feel being able to communicate is an important part of asking someone out. Who knew? But when panicking is his default response, most alphas don’t wait around long enough to see the naughty omega that’s hiding just under the surface.
Ansel’s got a problem. He has no idea how to be a Daddy or how to get to know the painfully shy cutie who’s dramatically adorable when it comes to boo-boos. Unfortunately, wide eyes and a firm belief about which crayons are best aren’t enough to build a relationship…or let Ansel know if the sweet sub considers him Daddy material.
When a new Daddy and a shy little meet, it will take patience and a nosy protector to help a sweet sub find the confidence to come out of his shell.

Living together had been their only goal, but now what?
Bryan and Maddox spent their first weeks back at college trying to keep their relationship from falling apart. Now that they’re living together and learning how to make their unique relationship work all over again, new issues have come up.
When a startling incident with Jeremy and Kevin leaves the couple confused, and a dinner with Maddox’s parents puts them on edge, Maddox does his best to make sure Bryan can cope. Helping Bryan find the courage to take the final steps in accepting what he needs is more than what Maddox wants to do…it’s what a Daddy is meant to do.

With a boyfriend and a Daddy who get along and both love him to pieces, whether they’ve said the words or not, Cody knows asking for more would be selfish. But when all he wants is for them to love each other as much as he loves them, is being selfish really bad?
Jameson knows that loving Cody means accepting Ford’s presence in Cody’s life as well. But what he isn’t expecting are his growing feelings for Ford. Jameson doesn’t want a Daddy, but would a friend who understands Cody be a bad thing? And what if it grows into something more?
Ford never thought that he’d find someone to love and take care of, much less two men who are starting to touch his heart in such different ways. As he looks at Cody and Jameson, he can see the family he’s longed for finally within his reach. But two men dating the same person is far different than falling in love with each other, and what if it’s more than Jameson can handle?
When two men come together in friendship around a third, is falling in love that big of a leap?

Can’t get enough of Jameson, Ford, and Cody? Get access to my Bonus Library to read the Embracing Friendship short.
Three might make the perfect family, but friendship fills a special need in everyone’s life…especially a little like Cody.
What’s the best way to cement new friendships? A barbecue, of course. What’s the best place to have a barbecue? A backyard with swings and a fort, of course. What’s the best way to breakdown barriers? Water guns and dessert, of course.
This short takes place after the ending of Embracing Love and before the playdate that takes place in Friends Lovers and Family. Sometimes I’ve referred to this as the barbecue short.

How does an omega know when it’s time to live again?
Pulling away from all the reminders of his husband was the only way Wade survived his alpha’s passing, but time and the love of his friends helped heal the once immeasurable wounds. However, coming out of his grief has left him new pains. Left with an empty house and an ache to submit, Wade can’t help wanting to belong to someone completely again. But is he ready to move on?
How does an alpha know when it’s time to reach for the love he’s always wanted?
After the death of his friend, Griffin stepped away from the only man he’d ever loved—the only one he could never have. Time apart from the sweet omega who’d always made him smile hasn’t dimmed his feelings, but it isn’t until he sees the beautiful man submitting to another that he realizes, once again, he might have missed his chance at love.
When the pull to submit meets the push to dominate, sparks fly, but it’s love and tenderness that will finally give them the confidence to move forward together.

Just because he’s scatterbrained and distracted doesn’t mean he needs a keeper…right?
Dakota is creative, passionate, and just a little too focused on his work. It’s helped him grow a single book into an impressive series and career, but it’s not helping his personal life. At this point, he barely has a personal life and even his friends are starting to get concerned.
Tristan’s had a thing for Dakota before he ever met the sexy, somewhat reclusive writer, and it only takes one chance meeting to feel the connection between them. That’s also all it takes to see that Dakota doesn’t just need an assistant, he needs a keeper. Luckily, that’s a role Tristan was born to play.
When a distracted, artistic sub meets a Dom with a thing for organization and role-playing, a beautiful masterpiece of a relationship can’t be far behind.

Sometimes a risk feels too big to take.
Tanner is smart, wealthy, and head over heels for his administrative assistant. That doesn’t mean he’s going to do anything about it, though. Some gambles are just too big for an omega to take, even one who seems to have it all. Omegas are supposed to be family-oriented, go-getters at work, and equal in every way. The one thing they’re not supposed to be is submissive.
Shane is organized, built like a tank, and passionate about making his boss’s life easier. He also might be in love with Tanner, but he’s always been careful to keep that safely tucked away. Tanner could be the perfect man, but he’s never even looked twice at Shane until secrets start coming to the surface.
When everything is riding on one confession, is the risk just too much?
While future stories in this universe might contain mpreg, most books will not. This ebook also contains the prequel to this series, The Revolution.

Eavesdropping is only bad if I’m not being helpful with the information I’ve acquired.
Bates loves being helpful, and since being nosy makes it easier to be helpful, well, no one can complain about that logic. Especially not the cuties upstairs who have the most interesting family and the most wonderful questions.
It’s not eavesdropping if we’re too loud, right?
Gareth isn’t concerned about how much his handsome neighbor has overheard about their life. He’s more focused on getting his questions answered and about the way the fascinating guy from downstairs thinks he should be dating his best friend Cash…and the guy from downstairs.
Maybe eavesdropping wasn’t so bad?
Cashel isn’t sure what’s happening when the tornado of a neighbor bursts into their life, but he knows nothing will ever be the same. Especially not when it ends up with him on a date with Gareth and Bates. He doesn’t do that…any of it…but it sounds like maybe the neighbor knows him better than he knows himself.
When a nosy neighbor decides to help two curious men, questions finally get answers and nothing will ever be the same.
Author’s Note:
While this duet is part of the Education of the Heart series, these are the roommates from Save Me Santa. It’s not technically necessary to have read the other books, however, I think Learning to Walk and Learning to Run will be more enjoyable if you’ve already read Brady’s story, Save Me Santa.

Leon’s trusted very few people in his life…but that’s starting to change.
Finally understanding why love and attraction were always confusing for him has changed Leon’s life in more ways than he can count, but the biggest has been how he sees Morgan. They’ve gone from barely being friends to so much more but trust requires honesty, and Leon knows it’s time to start opening up about his past.
Leon’s trust is worth more than any declaration of love for Morgan.
Morgan knows how special he is to Leon and he doesn’t need the words to prove that to him…but he also knows that learning more about his boyfriend will take their relationship to a whole new level. However, when finding out more about Leon means visiting his family for the first time, Morgan is starting to realize he should be more careful about what he wishes for.
