In 2024, I ran a series called ‘Past Pages’ in my reader group. Each month, I’d spotlight past books published during that month – sharing writing secrets, character insights, and the stories behind them. I even opened the floor for questions and comments. This year, I’m bringing ‘Past Pages’ to my blog! Feel free to join the conversation, whether you participated last year, or not. I’m excited to revisit these books with you!

19 total books have been published in November since 2016! Below is the full list by year, click on each title to check out it’s full blurb, keywords, tags, preview the first chapter, and links to purchase. In 2024, I added 3 books to this list!
Let’s take a closer look at 3 of the titles released in the past.
Family By Fate
First of all, this was a really hard month to pick which ones I wanted to talk about because I’ve released stories from a lot of my favorite series and about my favorite characters. So I’ve picked a few of my top cuties to talk about, but the list was daunting.
For those of you who haven’t read this one yet, this is the prequel to The Accidental Master and it shows a peek at an early Christmas for the two subs who are already a couple when the trilogy starts.
These two were already a package deal when I first started thinking about The Accidental Master. They mentioned a few things about their past but their focus was looking forward. Mostly because of Cooper, honestly. But they were in a good place when Jackson came along.
But you guys kept asking about their past and wanted to see more. It just took a little while to figure out what part of their past to show. I don’t like writing sad. It just doesn’t come as easily most of the time as happy stuff does.
Their first Christmas on their own with Cooper’s friendship with the local working girls and Sawyer’s constant grumpy worries as he’s picking out the best present for Cooper were fun to write even though there’s still a lot of stress.
So I think it was a good mix of real stress for them and happiness for me worked out pretty good.

The Owners
I really can’t believe how long ago this came out. 2017? How is that possible? And looking at the list of books that have come out in November in past years, this is clearly the time of year that I end up writing bonus stuff.
This was the original bonus short for the owners of the Bound & Controlled club. It gives a peek into their relationship and let me get to know them better. Which eventually lead to their other story. (Becoming The Owners from earlier this year)
But I think my favorite parts of getting to know them have been seeing Conner pop up in random places jumping head first into shenanigans.

His Human
My favorite part about these books is that they meet and just know there’s something special. Even though Trip meets his alien cutie at the grocery store, he knows there’s something special and he throws himself into their relationship.
This book was probably the hardest to write in the series not because the characters were arguing but because the first one wasn’t planned at all. So with this one there were constantly questions I had to answer.
But I think they have my favorite meet cute in the whole series even though I love how playful all my aliens are.
Have you read these guys?
If you haven’t read this series, it’s about aliens that came to live on Earth and they’re a whole civilization of mostly Doms who love that Earth has so many different kinds of subs. They’re playful Doms who are always pleasantly confused by what humans are getting up to.

Too Close To Change
Okay if you haven’t read this one it’s part of the Loving series or what I most of the time call my Too Close books. They’re taboo (!ncest) and on my site and Smashwords. So if the cover doesn’t look familiar that’s why. (There are going to be spoilers in this so if you’ve just started reading the series skip this post)
Some of my characters like Kevin from this series jump into things head first and some need more time to overthink the situation. So when there are a mix of characters involved I don’t always know how they’re going to react and sometimes I’m the one who’s overthinking things.
That means when this series started to shift from having two couples who were simply best friends to something more going on between them we’d all take turns overthinking and alternating that between surprising Shaw.
This one was one of the surprises. Maddox is not usually the one who throws me for a loop but when he does it’s always interesting lol.
