Middles are so much fun to write. There’s just something sweet about that awkward not a little and not an adult age. In A Milkshake Kind of Morning (now up on preorder and coming out on January 28th), Joshua hasn’t realized it’s even a thing.
He’s been pushing through life frustrated that he’s not the grown-up everyone expects him to be, and figuring out why he’s different is a confusing relief to him. Luckily, Turner is right there to explain things and to help him work through it.
These two are so cute, and I’ve had so much fun on their G.I. Joe conversations and the sweet way Joshua explains his struggles. If you enjoy Minecraft YouTubers and middles who are passionate about their cartoons, you’re going to love Joshua and Turner.
