What I’m Working On – A Prequel, A Bonus, And a Sequel!

Right now, I’m finishing up something that’s been a surprise for a while as I figured out how it was going to look…the story of how Ben and Conner met. These two own the Bound & Controlled club and haven’t really talked much about their relationship.

However, with enough poking and prodding, they’ve started to actually open up to me and not just randomly flirt and talk about the club.Conner is always chatty…just never about himself, so I was excited to see how they fell in love. Let’s just say it’s been slightly unexpected but I’m having fun with it.

Becoming The Owners should be out mid-month (short preorder) and is a novella about the start of their relationship. Stay tuned later this week for the blurb and the cover and a peek at their story.

The rest of the week is going to be working on a fun bonus chapter for Finley and Jared that I should’ve already written if I’d stayed on track in January…hint hint…I did not. But I know exactly what I’m going to write and it shouldn’t take long at all. So depending on editing schedules, it might be ready by this weekend.

I’ve got a lot of other random starts and ideas to play with, but after I get Ben and Conner done and the bonus chapter all wrapped up, it’s time to jump back into Perry and TC’s story from His to Dare. They’re going to be my main focus the rest of this month and then I’ll poke at some of the other fun things that have popped up recently like the cutie that lives downstairs from Brady and Jude (Save Me Santa).

So lots to be written and lots to do in my real life because my daughter is going to college in the fall (University for those of you in the UK) and the to-do list for that stuff is growing by leaps and bounds every time I turn around. It’s just amazing to see how different two Universities are that are so close together, and I have to say that my son’s school last year was much more organized.

The Only Way to Live New Bonus Chapter!

Derek (The Only Way to Live) recently decided he wanted to come back and play. He’s clearly not being kept busy enough at his adult toy store because he was bouncing up and down and saying he wanted to do something fun…and he’s entirely too enthusiastic to tell no.

He has a friend who wants some naughty help rewarding his sweet new sub, but to be a wonderful helper, Derek needs Sean’s help.

This is a bonus chapter that comes after the original story for Derek and Sean, and it sets up a sexy scene that you’ll see in Finley & Derek, Beautiful Shame 5 (releases on 1/27). This is teasing Finley’s story a bit, but you don’t have to wait to read Finley’s book to enjoy this bonus chapter.

And because teasing you guys is fun, I really don’t want you to wait until Finley’s book comes out to read this one…but if you want to torture me, I’ll understand.

If you haven’t read The Only Way to Live, it’s a fun age-gap story where the older character, Sean, never realized he wasn’t as straight as he’d always assumed. He calls Derek “Pest” if you want a clue about Derek’s personality.

It’s always hard to know when a bonus chapter or short can be read as a standalone. In this case, I think you can enjoy this bonus chapter without having read The Only Way to Live. You do not need to have read Finley and Jared’s story to enjoy this bonus chapter.

Conner is Matchmaking! – Pre-Order Finley & Jared Now!

Some of my favorite things to write are dirty talk and naughty subs who like pretending they aren’t naughty…which is why I looove writing my Beautiful Shame books so much. There’s something wonderfully fun about blushing cuties who love being dirty, and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of writing those types of characters.

Just sitting down and starting the next Beautiful Shame book made me smile because Finley (my newest dirty cutie) was so dramatic and so funny. Even Conner loves hanging out with him but always ends up rolling his eyes or saying something to tease my naughty cutie.

Making Finley blush is one of his favorite new hobbies.

At the start of Finley and Jared’s book, Finley is asking Conner to help find him a Dom. Conner loves playing matchmaker and he loves making Finley blush, so he’s having a delightful time. Finley is more than a little skeptical about the whole thing until Conner introduces him to the sexy, young Master Jared.

Do You Remember Bishop? He’s Back! – Our Pup Now Available!

The boxed set Our Love was released last September and had the complete series for Bishop, Cohen, and Ian. Our Pup is Bishop’s first book in the boxed set and is now live on its own.

Bishop is the cute pup and best friend of Wesley from the Leashes & Lace series and Archer from the Beautiful Shame series. Bishop is flirty and funny and a delightful pup…and is quickly falling for Cohen and Ian when he meets them at a party for the L&L guys.
