Garrett war an seine Belastungsgrenze gekommen.

Da waren eben nur eine gewisse Anzahl an Tagen und davon viel zu wenige, an denen man jemand sehen musste, zu dem man sich hingezogen fühlte … in den man irgendwie vernarrt war … aber auf keinen Fall verknallt war. Doms haben so etwas nicht. Und schon gar nicht bei einem Kunden, der sicher noch nicht einmal schwul war und auf gar keinen Fall ein Sub war. Business 101 – flirte niemals mit einem Kunden.

Wyatt war dabei, seinen Verstand zu verlieren.

Es wurde immer schwieriger für ihn, seine Besessenheit zu verstecken. Alles, was er wollte, war, vor Garrett zu knien und ihn Master nennen zu dürfen. Aber der sexy Versicherungsagent schien ihn nicht einmal wahrzunehmen. Ihm fiel nur der nervöse, irgendwie seltsame Versicherte auf, der offensichtlich viel zu oft in die Agentur kam.
