Humans in an Alien World – Read the Human Helper Shorts

I know I’ve mentioned this before but sometimes I just don’t have a good place to put strange ideas…and unfortunately…my brain needs somewhere to stick them. Stuff doesn’t go away until I write it down. Ignoring isn’t helpful because it’s kind of like having a chatty ghost following me around all the time constantly wanting to tell me one part of their life’s story.

So that’s a lot of what my Patreon is for.

Chatty, slightly strange cutie wants to adopt a little…okay let’s tell Patreon about it and see what world he fits in.

Dragons texting each other about weird stuff…okay let’s tell Patreon about it so I can make Kenzie go away for a while.

Our fun human helper from the last New Neighbors book wants to tell everyone about his job…okay, let’s tell Patreon about it and do a series of shorts so he can tell everyone about his favorite parts of his job.

He’s very chatty too.

Like dragon nonsense or Kevin level chatty.

So far, to make him happy I’ve got shorts for him going up on Patreon about every two or three weeks through the end of the year because he’s ridiculously talkative and likes to tell everyone about odd parts of his job.

His first interview for the job… (that almost went very badly lol)

How his job started… (That was funny)

His favorite interactions with his charges and the fun humans they bring home… (those are so much fun to write)

Human Helper Shorts on Patreon - by Shaw Montgomery MA Innes

I’m still figuring out the best way to organize these into some kind of ebook, but until I figure that out and they get edited, they’re going up on Patreon for any paid tier. I think I need to have a few more done before they’re worth putting in an ebook form, but that might be me overthinking things.

However, if you’re curious about our human helper and the aliens, or you want to see the other random things I’m working on (and wanted readers thoughts on) then come check out Patreon, they will all be collected into a folder here for easy reading.
