    Having characters in your head is almost like having friends that come into your life. Sometimes they’re in and out, and sometimes they stick around for a while. Kevin and Jeremy, whose first book was Too Close to Love, have been characters that settled in for the long haul and made it clear they weren’t going to budge.     This book came from multiple different angles for me. I never set out to write incest, even though the topic always pulled at my brain.
